I have to say, I adore Cragen. He’s such a dad. Great job!

How have I never read this??? I love it! Everything about it. I've never really liked Kathy as the bad guy, though when I was younger, I viewed her as such. So seeing a friendship develop between them here through Liv's POV was awesome. Amazing what perspective growing up and not being in my early 20s has done. :) Also, the way she WAS jealous AF at the beginning but in complete denial and didn't even RECOGNIZE it was perfect. And so very, very true. We tell ourselves so many lies and untruths that they become fact, don't they? Also, I would love a sequel to this where Liv and El embark on a relationship and navigate Kathy and the kids, please and thank you.

I loved this story!

At first I was skeptical of the plot (being locked in a Costco for the night...really?), but I found this setting was simply a premise for our detective duo to be alone together. Without their shared encumbrances from work, you created an opportunity for these two to be able to reveal a bit more about themselves.

So then I was thinking, "This is going to be another El & Live get into an improbable situation, then GET IT ON!" (And please don't get me wrong, to all fanfic writers of E&O with sex and smut, I thoroughly enjoy it!)

In this work, however, you've offered a nuanced glimpse into the complexities of our detectives' relationship as co-workers, partners and friends; in particular, the stubbornness and insecurity that emerges as a result of E&O constantly trying to temper the mutual attraction and feelings they have for each other.

I really enjoyed this work!

And...I really miss El on the show :`- (

Just want you to know that I have re-read your stories a million times and not tired of it, in fact it seems getting better and better every time I read them, if that is possible, he he

The thing I love about your writing is it's so descriptive. You can tell you put a lot of thought into it so we as the readers can really get an intricate picture of each scene. Some of my favourite lines from this story are: ‘She draws her finger across the frosted window, leaving a pattern likely to remain, even when the snow melts and the sun has risen once again. ‘And: "I'm sorry, I didn't realize there were rules on how to talk to someone when they pee." Hahahaha. I have never seen or read this story before so it was a lovely Sunday afternoon treat. Thank you.

I forgot about this story, and enjoy it so much.  I love that you named the blonde Brandi (I snorted).  I love that Olivia can't pee with him listening (who could?!)  I love how handy Costco is for comfy clothes and fun things to occupy one's time. I have always had a fantasy about living inside of an Ikea - or at least moving into one of their bedroom displays - but now that I think about it, Target (with French pronunciation) or Costco would be a better choice... (although the Swedish meatballs are good...) I love that you refer to Susan as Lois Lane (darn tootin'). I love that you kept the Costco chilly so that they could spoon. I could go on, but I think you get the idea... xoxo Jessica
