This was such a pleasantly lovely (and painfully heartbreaking)way to see the two of them come back together. I knew it was an impossibility on the show for him to return for any of this, but the Elliot Stabler of our hearts could never have kept himself from checking in on Olivia after everything that went down with William Lewis. Thank you for sharing your interpretive take on their reunion, reconnection, and rekindling of friendship.

Thank you for your kind review. I assume by now there are so many more scenarios to go by that explain his absence, rekindle their relationship, etc than when I first posted this. I'm thankful you felt the heartbreak and relief that I felt while writing it. That means in the three years since writing it, it's still seems plausible (or at least to my EO heart) ;).

I love this. There are so very few good stories with them meeting again and trying to work things out. I will definitely check back for the epilogue.

Thank you so much for your kind review. Luckily, I just posted the epilogue. However, the epilogue, as I mentioned when I posted this on fanfiction dot net, is entirely optional for those who like open ended stories. As for them meeting again and working things out, we can only hope we get as much closure on screen one day.
